Ex-Brighton Star Eyeing PSL
Ex-Brighton & Hove Albion forward, Colin Kazim-Richards, is said to be keen on joining the Premier Soccer League (PSL).
At the age of 37, Kazim-Richards has enjoyed an illustrious career on football pitches around the world: he has played for the likes of Brighton, Sheffield United, Fenerbahce, Galatasaray and Corinthians.
Most recently, he plied his trade at Turkish outfit, Fatih Karagumruk S.K., whom he joined in July 2022 on a one-year deal.
According to reports, the forward is now a free agent; as such, he has turned his attention to joining the PSL. He is said to have already spoken to several local clubs, including Kaizer Chiefs and SuperSport United.
Kazim-Richards purportedly intends to enjoy one last hurrah before retiring from his on-field career and pursuing a behind-the-scenes position as a coach. With the PSL’s transfer window set to open in January 2024, this may be his last opportunity to go out with a bang.
